Golden Homemade Churros with Cinnamon Sugar Delight

  1. Prepare the Dough
    Pour water, butter, sugar, and salt into a medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat until it comes to a rolling boil. Remove from heat, add flour all at once, and stir vigorously until it forms a ball.
  2. Mix in the Eggs
    Add the dough to a stand mixer with a paddle attachment. Let it cool slightly before adding eggs, one at a time, mixing on medium speed. Incorporate vanilla extract and mix until the dough is smooth and glossy.

    While churros are still warm, roll them in cinnamon sugar until thoroughly coated.
  6. Make Chocolate Dipping Sauce
    For a delightful dipping sauce, combine chocolate chips, cream, and cinnamon. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Serve with fresh churros.
