  6. Transfer & Cool
    Pour cream into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap touching the surface to prevent skin from forming. Cool in the refrigerator.
  7. Prepare Choux Pastry
    Boil water with salt, sugar, and butter. Stir in flour, then cook for 1-2 minutes until a smooth dough forms.
  8. Beat in Eggs
    Transfer the dough to a mixer. Beat at low speed, adding eggs one at a time until smooth and glossy.
  9. Pipe & Bake
    Pipe the dough onto a lined baking sheet. Bake at 220ยฐC (425ยฐF) for 15 minutes, then reduce to 190ยฐC (375ยฐF) and bake until golden.
  10. Fill & Dust
    Once cooled, fill puffs with pastry cream. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
