  3. Prep the Chicken
    Cut the boneless chicken breasts into 2.5 cm (1 inch) pieces. Transfer them to a large plastic bag, add cornstarch, seal the bag, and toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
  4. Cook the Chicken
    In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, add oil and fry the chicken in batches for a few minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 74ยฐC (165ยฐF).
  5. Combine and Serve
    Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken pieces and toss to ensure they’re well coated. Serve hot over a bed of rice, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
